If you think about the way you feel when walking into Rolex compared to Apple, it’s probably not the same in any way. That’s because Apple isn’t used to selling high-end, luxury watches to people who can afford them, therefore probably aren’t well versed in how to interact with the new prospective clientele. Apparently, Apple is planning an extensive revamp of the way its store personnel approach sales in anticipation of the upcoming Apple Watch. Wonder how that’ll turn out.
