Celebrities Wearing Rolex Watches | Weekly Recap

As watch enthusiasts, we love spotting our favorite timepieces out in the wild. It’s always fun to see how people like to wear them, whether it’s on bare wrists or combined with extra accessories, paired with casual outfits or pulled-together looks. So with that in mind, we’re bringing you recaps of celebrities wearing Rolex watches—every week.

Dustin Poirier Wears Rolex Datejust Watches

Dustin Poirier rocked the MMA world when he knocked Conor McGregor out cold in the second round of the main event of UFC 257 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Poirier’s victory marked the first KO/TKO loss of McGregor’s 13-year career.

Poirier packed a few timepieces with him for his trip to Abu Dhabi. For instance, Poirier wore his classic yellow gold and stainless steel Datejust just ahead of fight night and we could see the characteristic two-tone Jubilee bracelet wrapped around his arm as he acknowledged fans. For the weigh-in event, Portier had on another Datejust watch, but this one was in steel and sparkled in the limelight thanks to a diamond-set bezel—apt for the man nicknamed “The Diamond.”

President Joe Biden Wears a Steel Rolex Datejust

While it’s been widely reported that President Joe Biden typically wears Omega watches, including a Seamaster Diver 300M and a Speedmaster “Moonwatch” chronograph, for Inauguration Day, he opted to wear a Rolex Datejust

A Christmas gift from the first lady, Dr. Jill Biden, the President’s Rolex is a stainless steel Datejust 41 ref. 126300. His particular version comes with a blue dial and a steel Jubilee bracelet.

The Weeknd Wears a Gold Rolex Cellini Midas

The Weeknd is gearing up for the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show performance in Tampa Bay, Florida on February 7. It’s been reported that the show took six months to prepare and the Grammy Award-winning artist invested $7 million of his own money to make sure that the mini-concert is one viewers won’t forget.

The latest issue of Billboard magazine featured The Weeknd as the cover story and inside we spotted a photo of him wearing a Rolex watch that we don’t see very often these days. He wore a yellow gold Rolex Cellini Midas watch on a black leather strap. The Cellini line is home to Rolex’s most creative watch styles, as evidenced by the five-sided case silhouette of this Cellini Midas watch. It seems that The Weeknd has a thing for vintage yellow gold and black Rolex watches—he’s also been recently been seen wearing a yellow gold Datejust 1603 with a black onyx dial and President bracelet.

From launching the Blonde Salad blog over a decade ago to now heading up a multi-million dollar global brand, Chiara Ferragni is one of the most influential people in fashion today. Just ask one of her 22.5 million Instagram followers, if you don’t believe us.

The ultra-stylish Italian fashionista frequently pairs her outfits with Rolex watches with a noted interest in the brand’s sports models. Lately, we’ve noticed that she’s been wearing the Everose gold GMT-Master II “Root Beer” with the signature black and brown Cerachrom ceramic bezel.
